Cannot factory-reset one of my HS300 outlet strips.  Two of them work fine.  One quit working and I removed it from the app, and have tried re-adding it.  But it NEVER shows the orange/green SYS light during the factory-reset procedure.

HS300's SYS LED blinks orange during the reset process, when it turns to blinking red and orange, it is ready for setup. The control button of any outlet can be used to reset the smart strip, test them one by one, see if any of them works. And you will need to press and hold it for 10s to perform a factory reset.

 

If the device still doesn't respond, you may need to claim warranty for it. Click here to contact technical support.

  @Wayne-TP   The device's SYS light never lights up at all. Not orange, not orange/green; nothing. And I think it's one of my older devices, unlikely to be under warranty. So it sounds like it's e-waste. That's a bummer.
