Thank you for your post. We generally do not recommend installing the camera facing a window, glass surface, or other reflective materials. In night mode, the infrared (IR) lights can reflect off the glass, which causes glare and prevents the camera from seeing the scene properly. 

If the monitored area has sufficient lighting at night and does not require infrared illumination, you may try setting the camera to Day Mode. In Day Mode, the camera will not switch to night mode and the IR lights will remain off, which can eliminate the reflection issue.

However, if the night environment is dark and requires IR night vision, we recommend adjusting the camera’s angle or mounting position so that it does not face glass or reflective surfaces.
