Smart dimmer will not respond to Alexa commands.  I can turn it on and off via both the Kasa and Alexa apps but not by voice.  Alexa says it is turning off the light but nothing happens.  I have done a factory reset and reconnected to network, deleted and refound device on Alexa app etc.  What to do?
