Hello I have a D225 doorbell and when I view the live video feed I can not hear any audio. When I check recordings you can hear the audio fine so it is recording audio. It didn't always use to be like this as I have had this unit for a couple years now since 2024 and seems like it started after the most recent update to the D225 which looking at firmware history notes was in March 2026.I also have a Tapo C246D camera which I can hear audio fine when viewing that camera. I have tried rebooting the device, checking on different phone then my primary one to see if was an issue there and checked video/audio feed of other camera I have on the app also to see if there was any change. So seems to point back to maybe the latest firmware because that when I noticed the issue. We don't really get that much activity so not really much need to be viewing the live feed that much to really notice this issue at first but I noticed when a person from a bussiness stopped by that I was expecting and I wasn't home and family member answered the door so I pulled up the live feed to hear what was being said to find out that couldn't hear anything. After they left as I mentioned earlier I could go to recordings and was able to hear the interaction fine. Anyone else that has the D225 have an issue like this?
