Schedule not turning light on

Hello,
I recently purchased
TP-Link Smart LED Light Bulb, Wi-Fi, Dimmable White, 50W
and I set a schedule however the light bulb does not turn on at the time I set the schedule for. I can turn it on and off even if I am on the wifi or not. anyone having similar issues?

I have two KL130 in the same room. Both are hardware version 1.0 and using firmware 1.8.11. One of them accepts a schedule. I tap Save and the schedule shows up in the Devices preview. The other does not show the schedule in that window when I do the same steps. The one that shows the schedule preview works on the schedule it shows. The one that does not show the schedule preview does not activate at the expected time.
