@proxybox Sorry about so many replys, If you are using the HS210 as a single fan switch, no second 3way switch there should be only 1 wire to the LOAD/LINE and 1 wire to the Traveler contacts. and...

@proxybox Not sure l answered this problem but are you using the HS210 as a single switch to control the fan? Not in a 3 way setup? If so, just Try moving the fan wire to the other travler post.

@Tony FYI, the GREEN ground wire only comes thru the switch and is attached to the metal tab/plate behind the top. There is no internal connection and has no function that l can explain.

@Camano7 I have been posting this thinking TP-Link would offer some advice or real drawings. Here are 2 updated drawings. With no powre applied; N.O = Normal Open contact N.C = Normal Closed contact.

@proxybox Try reversing the 2 ''Traveler'' leads not Power/Load &Traveler. HS210 light is lit when power is on "Traveler 1''
