That is your issue. You are behind CGNAT, works like your own NAT router but on a much larger scale.. You will never be able to get ports forwarded as long as you are behind it.Only option is request...

Who is you ISP? What Modem is in front of your C9? Does you C9 show a Public IP or Private Ip on its WAN page?

Still no fix I have given up, the engineers can't seem to fix it. Also seems one of the other SSIDs is still effected . in addition to SSID 1.

Nope, My workaround with the latest beta firmware was to not use SSID 1, just made it somthing random and disabled broadcast. So that leaves 3 others that work fine. I gave up on them fixing it.
