Hello, I think that a "weather station" type of device would be very handy to have. Wall mounted display that would sync to outdoor sensor(s) for monitoring the current weather and/or add-on units...

I love smart devices. I'm still amazed that I can turn the lights off without having to get up from the couch. Love it.
