@Wayne-TP the wifi network is -43 the ping was from 6.0 to114.3 ms. im in a single room about 25' deep. these two bulbs (the ones in question. right now only one bulb was offline) are on each end....

@Wayne-TP sorry this took so long. the bulb shows offline in the app and the router. I read over the link you provided but not sure what to do. any help is appriciated.

@Riley_S Hi, thank you for your reply. I did call Xfinity. The wifi can not be independent from the internet. So when the internet goes out so does the wifi. Ill look into those links you sent......
