@Wayne-TP The network connection is good. (-49 RSSI) The issue is when I go off wifi or out of bluetooth range it doesn't seem to respond. And no, I have not yet mailed tplink support regarding this...

@dszx91969 Even when I am on same wifi it shows offline. if I go near like in Bluetooth range it works fine.
