@MarkW1 Your router firewall may be blocking the plug from communicating to the cloud. Try adding the plug to the DMZ, then try enabling the remote control. Turn off the DMZ after.

@DAHV87 Try adding the switches IP address as the DMZ to test to see if the router firewall may be blocking it from communicating to the cloud. Switch off the DMZ after testing.

@BSF Usually equates to the phone being on a VPN, router having too many connected devices 20+, or the router security needing to be changed. If neither help I would reach out to support in that case.
