@Ashif_Sajid The router seems to have two 2.4G and one 5G, but they are fixed meaning they can not be removed. Please reach out to your local support team for additional information.

@themig35 Wire your computer directly to the router and test your pings. Test the pings on all other available wireless devices as well, 2.4G and 5G. Do you get the same delay?
