I just noticed they show offline if I'm not on wifi... if I turn wifi on the cameras show. Whats the deal?

Hey there all. It seems like my cameras have been offline more often than online lately in the Android app. The cameras are still recording but I cannot manage them. Thoughts. Ryan

@Gary12 Does the switch ever connect back to the network? When it disconnects do other switches disconnect as well? At my old house switches would go off line every once in a while but always come...

@JacksonRiver I know this might be a pain,but could you install one of these switches in the other location you have working today? This would help you trouble shoot if one or both of the switches...

wow, have never seen that before. Do you happen to have Amazon Alexa on you phone? You can connect Kasa devices to Alexa. I'm wondering if it would behave the same in the Alexa app. Ryan
