@Tony_B Sounds like you have Smart Connect on? If you do, ONLY the 2.4Ghz SSID is broadcast and the router decides based on the device info which Band to connect it too.

Have you run the SPEED TEST on the on the A20? What speed should you be getting? What did you get before? If this wired or wireless, or both, that is the problem? What DEBUG have you done?

@hashh What happens when you try, error message??? Screen capture would help here too. Did you try using PING to see if you are connected? Are you getting to the Internet? Have you tried 192.168.1.1?...
