@CaptPat You have SMART CONNECT enabled... it is a Wi-Fi setting. Both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz radio's will use the SSID and P/W set on the 2.4Ghz band. Turn it off and you can set each one individually.

@FutureMagic BTW, the AX3000 has a WPS/Wi-Fi button on the back. Could someone have turned the Wi-Fi off?

@FutureMagic Do you KNOW if the SSID's are still broadcasting? Did you look at the SYSTEM LOG on the ROUTER, might see something there? Did you REBOOT the router?

@2Daroots What Router do you have? There are a few things to try. Connect to the Router with Tether, and look at the Clients, might give more info. Look at the Client in the Client list. You should...

@USMCLifer Yes, Support 'people' do, and they may not be Support but more Moderator's that have access to Support. They will have after of their Avatar TP-Link in white letters on a black rectangle....

@Artiste Are you getting that low speed via cable to the router or wireless? I assume you tested to the Modem via Ethernet cable? If so, did you power down the modem and router before connecting...
