How about adding/creating a 4-way Dimmer switch set? From the comments sections it appears that I'm not the only person who has need.

New HS220 dimmer. This switch is controlling four (4) track light heads. Whenever I raise the lights to 100% brightness the lights start to flash on|off at ~1 second intervals. (This is not flickering
