disconnected EAP and failed to connect

why it always disconnect and failed to adopt my eap110...
it hapen to me 3times ..please help me...
and i know i input the right user and password of my controller/ and the default user and password of eap110 (user: admin pas:admin) but still it failed
omada controler v3.2.1

@lester, check whether your DHCP server is running/working. Make sure the EAP can reach the server. If you are using Windows to run the controller, disable firewall and anti-virus.
