I purchased the range extender a few years ago, since then we changed routers (therefore new wireless connection and password) 

I have managed to make it to the TP-LINK log in page which asks for a username and password, I have no idea what those are and also cant find any info on how to reset.

please help if anyone can!

Yes, and the default username and password are both admin.

If they are incorrect, please reset the RE200:

 Hold the reset pinhole at the bottom for 10s till all the lights turn off then back on;

Username: admin

Password: admin 

 

Username and password are both โ€˜adminโ€™ in lower case, if the above does not work, you could try a factory reset on rage extender and try to login again. 

Reset: with RE powered on, use a pin to push the reset hole for 10secs until most Leds flash once
