i have load balancer tp link tl-r470t+ having an issue is that some of website is not working its always shown that this website has been blocked contact to your administrator

Is the TL-R470T+ connected to your ISP box for the Internet? If you remove the TL-R470T+ and hardwire the end-device directly to the ISP box via cable, are you able to access those websites properly? Please confirm that the websites are reachable when the TL-R470T+ is bypassed before we try further troubleshooting on the TL-R470T+.
If those websites are not accessible no matter whether the TL-R470T+ is connected, it's suggested to contact the ISP for checking.
@Fae yes when i directly connect my pc to isp box, all websites are working and if connected by load balancer some of website are not working
