My fuse box was tripped on inspection the power line board has blown. I’m a little concerned about the safety of the other units In the house - any advice?

A second unit (purchased at same time) has just blown in a different room. Didnt trip fusebox, but there was a bang and the unit stopped functioning and now has a rattle.
Im very concerned now and will remove all other units in the property.
