Model: Tapo P100
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Your assistance please . . .

I'm unable to connect any of my three Tapo P100 plugs to my network. Here's some context:

1. I AM able to connect two Kasa devices to the target network (a GL.iNet router).

2. I AM able to connect the Tapo plugs to another network in the building (see Spark router below. Not my network but allowed access for testing).

3. Screenshots of the WiFi settings for the two routers mentioned above:

Thanks!

  @ztalk112

What is the combination of the WiFi password on both routers? Can these P100 connect to GL.iNet guest network?

Please share a picture of the error message here. What's the version of your Tapo App?

Here are some useful tips for configuration failure of Tapo smart plug. What should I do if I fail to configure the Tapo Smart Plug?

I appreciate your detailed context. It seems like you've thoroughly checked the connectivity aspects. Have you tried resetting the Tapo P100 plugs and then attempting to connect them to your network again? Additionally, ensure that the network settings on your GL.iNet router Code are compatible with the Tapo plugs. If the issue persists, contacting Tapo support might be a good next step. Good luck!
