Hello,

 

I just bought Tapo H200 hub, but it is not working with Kasa KE100. Is there aby beta of Tapo app which is already working withe KE100? I do not want to bay another hub(H100)

When I can expect KE100 working on H200?

Unfortunately, the KE100 is not supported by the Tapo App or Tapo H200 hub. 

 

We cannot currently confirm if there are plans for future support. We recommend you stay updated with product firmware or app updates. Any updates will be mentioned in the corresponding release notes.

in the Tapo app is this information and you are saying the opposite. Could you please before any answer make sure that yoour answer is correct? So where is the truth?

 

When will TAPO app support KE100???

Tapo App still does not support KE100. It's important to emphasize that our product feature planning is subject to ongoing updates. If a new feature successfully passes evaluation, it could potentially be supported through future updates. We cannot provide a definite answer at the time of inquiry. If there is no information regarding updates for this feature, the response you receive reflects the current information available.
