I have a Honeywell programmable thermostat.

I want to install thermostatic radiator valves.

What do I do with the programmable thermostat?

Eg. Daytime overall temp set to 20deg, Bedroom rad set to 16deg will presumably work fine.

Nightime overall temp set to 16deg. Bedroom rad set to 20deg will presumably not work as how does the kasa turn the boiler on to warm up the bedroom?

You can use the Kasa thermostatic radiator valve's own Smart Control feature for intelligent temperature control.

How does KE100’s Smart Control work?

If you are trying to use the Honeywell and Kasa configurations for smart linkage, that's not an option as Honeywell is compatible with Kasa.

However, the KE100 supports Alexa and Google Assistant, so you may explore the possibility by linking these two devices through these two third-party platforms.
