Model: VIGI NVR1008H-8P  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.1 Build 230530 Rel. 79659n

I use Starlink to access the Internet.

My internet connection according to the Network set up screen is "Connected to the internet". 

UPnP is showing as inactive.  Platform Access to VIGI VMS is on but showing "waiting for connection"

Using Rapid Diagnosis - Gateway connection OK Extranet Connection OK Cloud Service Connection FAILED

I also get a Firmware failure if I try an update.

I have one camera up and working fine. Using Vigi App I can see the camera as well.

I reinstalled and now working. Sorry for slow response but power has been out and my testing disrupted.

Hi! If the Access to VIGI VMS is enabled, the device will be not able to access to the Cloud, that's why you cannot bind TP-Link ID or check for update from cloud. Please turn off the platform access and try again.
