Hi, 

I received KE100 and I went ahead to install it. 

I did install it but it seems that it doesn't properly close the radiator. It seems like it closes it halfway. 

Even after the device is turned off, the heater continues to heat the place.

I did calibrate it multiple times. I did enable "sleep mode" and the mechanism doesn't move.

I don't know if I got a broken device or something else is wrong.

Can you please help?
