I bought a TP Link (TL-MR6500v 4G LTE) router manufactured by your company. It has a SIM card inserted in it. It has 250 GB of data. Although it can access the Internet and YouTube, some videos cannot be viewed. ( Video unavailable
This video is restricted. Please check the Google Workspace administrator and/or the network administrator restrictions. ) is displayed. I tried inserting another SIM card and it failed. I can insert the same SIM card into a phone or TAB and watch the videos. Therefore, it was clear that there was a fault in the TP link router. So I bought a new router ( Archer NX200 5G AX 1800 Wireless Router ). Even after installing it, I cannot watch the videos. It is displayed as above. How to fix this? my mail - nilwalavideo@gmail.com

Hi,

 

Can you please look up the APN that is used when you have the SIM card plugged into the phone and then verify that the APN in the router's settings is the same one?

 

In case it was different, then you would have to create a custom profile.

If it is EE, it is suggested to test the following APN profile:

Name: (Any word you want)
PDP Type: IPv4
APN Type: Static
User name: eesecure
Password: secure
Authenticate Method: None
