Check the troubleshooting suggestions here. What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

I had a similar problem. I recently bought 3 new (different models) tapo cameras, two of them I could setup flawlessly. One of them (C113) was impossible to setup, the camera was unable to provide a stable wifi for initial setup even in very short range. I tried one hour doing many attempts, resetting camera, scanning wifi channels, using several phones but without success.

I forgot the camera connected to power during the night, the day after I tried again to do initial setup and it worked immediately. Weird!
