Hi, myself Dr. Viresh Nandimath, from Solapur city, Maharashtra.. my smart device can be controlled only by locally.. Contacted customer service many times since today morning and followed their instructions for resetting and reinstalling the camera but still problem not solved.. What to do? Replace the product with new one as soon as possible...
