Hello Wayne Thanks for the feedback.
Of course I bought the Tapo hub 500 because it is compatible with my C220 camera, and from April also with my C520 cameras. I hope that the updates for the compatibility with the hub 500 will come through soon. Otherwise I don't get much use out of the hub. In that case that maybe I shouldn't have bought it. Can you keep me up to date with the compatibility updates? Thank you R

I am checking the H500 for an review and have the following first findings:
Findings Tapo H500
- Connecting Tapo cameras to the Hub via the H500 in the Tapo-app does not work. The error message displayed is "Not on the same network." However, it is possible to select the Hub as a storage location from the device being paired.
- The HDMI port does not provide video output on a monitor, only a black screen. When connected to an LG TV, the communication with an AVR is disrupted. Additionally, the app does not mention HDMI pairing, despite advertisements stating that up to four cameras can be displayed on a monitor simultaneously.
- The Hub has a button to answer calls from the video doorbell (D235). However, pressing the button on the H500 during an incoming call does not seem to trigger any response.
Any comments? Thanks.

"Are you saying the camera cannot be found if you try to do this through hub's setting page? But if you do this through camera settings, the H500 shows up as an storage location option?
Yes, that's right. Pairing via the device itself is ok. There you can select SD-card or Hub.
"What Tapo cameras do you have?"
We have the C660 Camera-kit and the D235 Video doorbell as connected devices".
"Which button did you press? The Answer (phone icon) or Decline (sound icon) button?
As soon as the button on the Video doorbell (D235) is pressed the phone and tablet start ringing. We assume that by pressing the button with the phone icon on the H500 can be used to answer the call.
Another issue:
It is striking that if you have the Tapo app active on both a smart phone and a tablet and you accept the call from the video doorbell, the call continues to ring on the tablet. More than one device to answer the video call is apparently not desired if they are in the same room.

Would be great to get an acknowledgment to this question please.
It would be really helpful to know when this will be available in Ireland or the UK - especially if it'll be this side of summer.
Thanks.
