Yep, broken mine although interestingly turning off the antivirus options does not fix this for me. Router says it's online, but all of my devices are not. Please can I be passed the fix as well?

  @terror-404 On the previous threads, there is a beta release of the firmware, that seems to fix the issue.... (https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/802760?replyId=1537464).

Yeah I saw, hoping I can get this asap as I need my connection! I don't suppose it's possible for yourself or someone to pass me this link? I have messaged Kevin as he's requested but he has been offline for 6 hours. What a nightmare!

Could you please clarify the detailed issue you're experiencing with your AX6000 V2? None of the devices connected to the router can access the internet? Or they just cannot communicate with each other?

Apologies! So my router is up and saying it is online, and that devices are connected to it, however none of these devices are connected to the internet. It was perfectly fine until I ran the firmware update this morning. I tried turning off all the AV settings but this didn't make a difference. Hope that helps! I'm not the most network savvy but if you need any more details let me know and I'll try my best

Please install the beta firmware I sent to you via private message, and let me know if the internet is back to normal.

 

If there is still an issue, please check the QoS settings on the AX6000 and ensure you've set the bandwidth correctly as per your requirements.

Hi. Yesterday night my router installed firmware and today I have problem with Wifi client can't connect to local Wired LAN clients. I can't see my security system from phone when home, so annoying. Working FW will be very helpful. Thank You

Hi @Kevin_Z,

 

Today I noticed I'm running into the same issue that has been reported.

Turning off the Antivirus options have not resolved this issue for me so far.

Are there any other options you can help me with to resolve my issue as well?
Perhaps the beta firmware works for me as well?

Update:

After turning off the QoS setting and reboot it's working for me now.

Maybe this will help others as well
