Changed broadband now tapo is looking for new subscription

I changed my broadband and had to reconnect my hub and cameras. Now I can't get my Google subscription back. It's looking for me to start a new one.Should I cancel current one and set up a new one

Whether your hub and cameras bound to a new TP-Link account(the email address you used to log in to the Tapo app)?
Typically, if the cameras are bound to the same TP-Link account, they can enjoy the Tapo Care service the TP-Link account subscribed already. You can refer to Q4 in the following instructions to add the camera to your Tapo Care plan.
Frequently Asked Questions about Tapo Care
If the cameras are bound to a new TP-Link account, they can't enjoy the Tapo Care service subscribed by the original TP-Link account. In this situation, if you want to use the Tapo Care service,
Option 1. You can reset the cameras and hub, log in to the Tapo app with the original TP-Link account, and reconfigure the cameras and hub to bind to the original account.
Option 2. You can turn off auto-renewal for Tapo Care subscribed by the original TP-Link account, then subscribe to a new Tapo Care plan on the new TP-Link account.
