Edit: Your last screen snip looks ok to me? Go to https://test-ipv6.com/ and see what you get?

I'm with BT full fibre, they use a PD of 56 however I see a PD of 64 on my LAN side, IPV6 settings in Deco and also Archer routers (I'm back using an Archer AX72 now) are pretty hit and miss and in the beginning I struggled to get it set up correctly, any guides TP link have didn't work and it was pure trial and error that I got mine to work.

Apart from Start link being "dynamic IP" (BT use PPPoE) I don't think there is much difference. My IPV6 settings are below and this works for me on BT with a PD of 56 (64 on LAN side).

If you get 10/10 then your IPV6 is working correctly, if speed is still slow then its an issue with the Deco I would think.

  @klipse

at https://test-ipv6.com/ I have 10/10 and at https://ipv6-test.com 17/20. But when I try to do a speed test (by iperf3 for example) to some resources which use only IPv6 then I have max 50mbps speed. This problem I see only when I'm using Deco in router mode (Starlink in bypass), in AP mode (Starlink in router mode) everything work fine. Also bypass mode at Starlink work fine with Ubiquity and Mikrotik devices (tested by myself).

It would seem you have done everything you can to rule out all the issues and have proven that the Deco seems to be the issue, hopefully TP link will investigate this for you.

  @klipse

thx mate. I think a problem somewhere in DHCP on Deco. How I know /56 prefix after delegation to /64 must have same 14 digits (56 bits) from start. But if you take a look to my previous screenshot you can see that it's not I have now

somewhere I must to have a Archer C6 (v2) and if I find him then gonna test one more time

  @Cyero

Thanks for the update.

Deco doesn't support a delegated prefix to /56, and it would automatically fill the prefix to /64.

I'm not good at IPV6 troubleshooting, but I notice when Starlink is the router, there are two delegated prefixes, one for the Starlink router(2a0d:3344:3368:3500::/56) to generate its own IPV6 WAN address, the other one(2a0d:3344:3368:3510::/64) for the LAN prefix. Then, when it comes to Deco, it only had the first one(2a0d:3344:3368:3500::/56). I thought if Deco only receives the second one (2a0d:3344:3368:3510::/64), it might help with the current issue.

By the way, if "Get IPV6 Address" was set to "Non-Address", it is normal that Deco IPV6 WAN has no address, but it would still pass the LAN prefix to the connected devices.

So when you mentioned

"when I choose "no address" Deco stops receiving IPv6 address from Starlink. he only gets it in mode 'Auto" or 'Statless'.

Can neither Deco nor mobile devices receive any IPV6 addresses?

These are just some of my thoughts, and as the engineer is back from his holiday, please refer to the support email for further analysis.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Best regards.

  @David-TP

all Deco devices don't support /56 delegation?
When I use "Non-Adress" devices at LAN get their IPv6 IP's (from SLACC or DHCPv6) but without access to the internet

  @Cyero

Yes, Deco can't use /56 delegation directly. It would automatically fill to /64 bits。

Best regards.
