Hi,

 

I recently purchased a Archer MR600 but despite all my effort I cannot get it to work with lgobal Protect (my company VPN).

The sIM carrier is Iliad

I tried the tunnelling with no success, NAT forwarding ALG everything is enabled.

 

Any idea?

Hi, thank you very much for the update.

If the PC can connect to the Company VPN and access the internet service, I don't think the report issue of failure to access the company's local resources is related to MR600.

Have you tried to temporarily swap the SIM cards on the mobile phone/MR600 to see whether PC can access the company's local resources when MR600 is using the TIM SIM?

Did you mean the devices connected to the Archer MR600 can't connect to the Company VPN server via Global Protect?

Would there be any error message?

Regarding the problem, I can connect my laptop to the VPN and use internet, Gmail, etc. but when it comes to a couple of application dedicated from my company, then I cannot access them.

My Carrier is Iliad.

If I connect my laptop via my phone using router Wi-Fi option /tethering everything is working fine.

Here the carrier is TIM

 

My Iliad SIM card has the option disable incoming calls activated.
