Hello Team,

Need help tl-MR6500v1 configure My router using JIO 5G SIM card (before it was Airtel SIM that was working without additional configurations). it was showing disconnected i went through community link to found update firmware

updated firmware but still showing disconnected.

If there are some specific configuration need to be done on the switch kindly let me know or any other link i need to refer to configure or if need more information please let me know

Hi, thanks for the update.

I think the reported case is also related to the 464Xlat while there hasn't been a beta firmware yet for TL-MR6500v.

464XLAT Support on TP-Link 4G/5G routers for Jio/EE/Optus/Vodafone and other SIM carriers

I'd like to follow up on your case via email and ask for the senior engineer for further assistance.

Hi, have you tried to set the PDP type to IPV4 only under the APN profile to see whether it helps, such as:

  @David-TP Thanks for writting but if i use IPV4 only then it is disconnecting.

 

When i using IPV4/IPV6 it is connecting but however on PC i some time i am able to connect later connection getting lost.

 

another thing i am seeing is that i am able to browse google.com and able to search but when i use any otherweb site does not get connected.

 

I am still awaiting for some lead to resolve this.
