X55 - Red Light - App says “No internet connection” - Wifi Partially works
Hi team,
Ran into an issue with my Deco X55 home setup. My X55's are currently set up as Access Points, which are all connected via ethernet to my modem through an ethernet switch.
The X55's are showing a solid red light, and on the Deco app it is saying "No internet connection", however, it is possible to still use the browser, YouTube, Netflix, but other apps on my devices would mention some sort of authentication error. I have tested that my ISP is in working order by plugging my PC directly into my ethernet wall jack (connected to modem) and it is working perfectly fine, so it isn't an issue with my ISP. I've also tried to do a speed test while connected to the Deco Wi-Fi and it says Internal Server error.
Troubleshooting I have tried:
- Rebooting Main Deco
- Rebooting Network
- Unplug all Decos and restarting modem
- Switched from Access Point to Wi-Fi Router
Appreciate any help and suggestions towards fixing this!
