C500 camera reset

I have moved house and have a new broadband provider with a different WiFi SSID.
My Tapo camera has been installed by an electrician and is blinking red. I'm guessing it's trying to connect to the old network.
I have removed the camera from the app, but this did not reset it as I hoped. The camera is installed on a second floor and is inaccessible.
How can I reset the camera without being able to press a physical button on the device?

I'm afraid the only way to reset the camera now is to use the reset button, as the camera has already been removed from the app.
If it hasn't been removed from the app, then there is a way can do the reset without using the reset button. Create a WiFi that has the same SSID (wifi name), password, and security encryption type as the old router, for example, the guest wifi from from current router, or use the hotspot from your phone. When the camera is able to reconnect the WiFi successfully and shows online in the Tapo app, deleting it from the app at this time will reset the camera.

Thank you - that's unfortunate. It would be great to enable remote reset somehow because typically these devices will be installed intentionally in difficult to reach locations.
From my personal perspective, the likelihood of achieving this requirement is quite low. This is because controlling devices via software, whether locally or remotely, fundamentally requires a connection between the terminal device (in this case, the camera) and the app to enable communication. If there is no connection between them, they cannot work together: commands sent out would have no recipient, and the terminal device would have no way to receive information.
