The vaccum is not charging although it is attached to the station. Charging ports are cleaned and no issue with them. Thjs issue started 3 days back and not able to charge it. 

When I press on the power it woks for seconds then says the battery is too low. 

What shall I do? And what happened.

Notes: there is no water just dry areas cleaning, same location never changed, same map
