Wrong monthly billing calculation
1) configured fixed price per kWh to be 3.6CZK
2) monthly billing is calculated that it takes only current day kWh usage only.. it should take the value from the whole month usage

This feature works in this way. The new electricity rate applies to newly generated energy data only, it won't calculate previous consumption.

Isn't it per month basics? So will it reset on the 1st September?
I would like to see it per month basics. Otherwise it is inconsistent with the already measured data.. at least have there an option for the billing measurement period.

The bill is calculated on a monthly basis (calendar month). When a new month starts, all new electricity used will be calculated with the new rate you changed last month. If you change the electricity rate again in the future, the situation will remain the same, the newly adjusted rate will only apply to the new electricity consumption.
When the power company adjusts the rates, they will only calculate the consumption based on the new rates after they come into effect. Consumption prior to this will still be charged at the old rates. Any electricity already billed will not incur additional charges due to changes in the rates.
