Only the owner account has full management permissions for all device's features, and this has to go through via the Tapo app. Additionally, when you enable the two-step verification (2FA) feature in your Tapo app, even if someone accidentally sees your account credentials, they won't be able to log in to the app successfully on another device. To log in to Tapo account on a new device, a verification code must be obtained from a trusted device or your verified email.
