Hello, need help regarding the thumbnail previews in both the playback and notifications on the app. The notifications and the recorded videos on the Vigi android app used to show a thumbnail/snapshot of the video that was recorded, but now the thumbnail is not there. Please check the photos attached. The app and the firmware are all updated to the latest versions.

The other camera on the other hand works fine. Here's a screenshot of what it's supposed to look like:

I have tried everything on both the Android and Camera side. On the Android side:

1. Cleared the cache

2. Cleared data

3. Forced Stop

4. Finally uninstalled the app after previous steps didn't work.

On the camera side, I have tried every version available and manually updated. Still, nothing has still worked. I wonder what the problem is. Is my other camera defective or is this a firmware/android issue?
