Hello Joseph,

hope you are well.

After contacted by the support team i have provided all requested info and my network and router setup outline in order to include a permanent solution with the next fw update as for the time being i will stick with the 1.2.1 which is working well for me.

Once more i need to thank you for your immediate and most helpful actions and help.
