Hi,

I have the D235 doorbell camera and since I bought it I can not get it to automatically switch to night mode IR, I just get day mode unless I manually change it to nightmode on the front screen. It is set to infrared mode in the night mode settings. There are two street lights outside our house which might be causing this, but I have not had problems on other cameras. Here is a picture, any ideas?

There are three strong light sources within the doorbell's view: the two streetlights and the light coming from the window on the right. If the ambient light is too bright, the doorbell will not be able to switch to night mode automatically. I suggest repositioning the doorbell to minimize the presence of significant light sources in the frame, particularly at night.
