Archer AX53 (US V1) – (Unusable Web Interface)

I’m using a TP-Link Archer AX53 (US/1.0) and recently noticed that the Admin Web UI has become very slow and laggy after updating to firmware 1.4.4 Build 20250603 (US).
The router performs fine for internet and Wi-Fi, the web interface is almost unusable — each click takes 3–5 seconds, sometimes shows “Processing…” for a long time. Tether apps also.
I tried everything. ( PC Connetion With Cable, Reset ) Same result!
Smart Connection Not working properly. Archer C80 is better than this.
1. Is this a known issue in 1.4.4 (US build)?
2. When will the 1.4.5 (or newer) firmware be released to fix the admin UI lag?
3. Is there any temporary fix (SSH/Telnet access, hidden debug mode, etc.) available in this version?
