Migration between H500 and H100 v1.0
Dear tp-link community!
I just bought a H500 hub to replace my old H100 v1 hub, but when I try to migrate the connected sensors, I get the error message that the installed firmware does not support migration. Both hubs are updated to the newest versions, according to the app (1.3.8 on H500 and 1.5.23 on H100). When will there be an update available to migrate from H100 v1 to H500?
Thanks and have a nice day,
uebi

Which Tapo sensors do you have? Migration requires firmware support on both the hub and the sub-devices. The sub-device can't be migrated if its firmware doesn't support this feature.

Dear Wayne!
I have motion sensors (T100), door sensors (T110), smart buttons (S200D), humidity sensors (T315) and water sensors (T300).
All updated to the latest version, according to the app.
Thanks,
Bernd

T100 supports migration in firmware 1.13.0 (staged rollout). The other sensors do not support this feature so far.

Thanks for the reply!
So in this case I can either reset all the other sensors and manually add them to the new hub or wait until each type gets a firmware update which will allow migration?
It is not the H100 hub's firmware itself that needs an update?
Thanks!
