You can reset all of your decos by pressing the button on the bottom of each deco you own for 2 seconds but you will have to then readd them all using the deco app. You will also have to recreate your WiFi network just make sure you use the same SSID and password and everything should reconnect.

Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode? https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/699816?page=1

@Ed76

Hi, It would be highly appreciated if you could submit the Deco App log first: How to submit the Deco APP log

Then, the hardware reset of Deco M4 needs to hold the bottom reset pinhole for one second only.

Please update here whether a factory reset here helps fix the offline issue on the satellite units.

Wait for your reply.

Best regards/

  @ARGamingPK1 Yes, first I made a backup of the network that I have in the app, then I disconnected all the decos and restarted a secondary deco, I connected it to the router, I created a new network with the secondary deco putting it as the main one, and when I had the network created I went resetting each deco with the button and adding them to the new network, none of them made it the first time I tried but after several attempts with each Deco they were added and they are all working.
