Over ride Tapo D210 clip settings
Over ride Tapo D210 clip settings
Hi
Is there anyway to over ride the record clip settings on this camera? I've kinda had enough of the 15-17 seconds of clips when i've got people outside my house and need to keep a eye on them, i feed birds also and if a cat comes i can't even get out in time due to the lag and the clip is so short.
No point in auto settings on clips that should be 120 not 15-17 second.

Hardwired
Silly auto to the point its not fully recording movement, only upto 17 seconds, 18 if lucky, this is not the max of 120 as it should be.
Yes SD card like a normal person uses.
Always on as its the only way this stupid camera picks anything up.
Its auto so its set to record 24/7
Is there actually a way to remove this silly short time on recording as its false advertisement as it don't record anything 1.2 of that time.
The doorbell’s power supply method, Always‑On mode, and recording plan are independent of each other. Hardwired power does not automatically enable Always‑On mode, and enabling Always‑On mode does not automatically set the recording plan to 24/7 continuous recording.
Please double‑check your settings: Are you saying that even with continuous recording enabled, you can only see (short) motion‑triggered videos? Is the doorbell not recording when no activity is detected? Can you share a screenshot of the doorbell's Playback and Recording Schedule page?
How can I store the Tapo camera video recordings on a microSD card
