I’m using several Tapo C460 battery cameras along with Tapo Care cloud storage. The mobile app works well, but the lack of a desktop/web portal for viewing cloud recordings is a major limitation.

A browser‑based interface for Tapo Care would make it much easier to review events, manage multiple cameras, and download clips on a larger screen. This would be especially helpful for users with multi‑camera setups, accessibility needs, or workflows that rely on desktop environments.

Please consider adding full web access to Tapo Care cloud recordings — even a basic timeline and playback interface would be a huge improvement.
