Can you be more specific? What voice notification are you referring to?
As i understand, Tapo H500 cannot 'speak'. If you are referring to the chime triggered by other Tapo smart devices, that interaction is usually set up through automation. If you prefer the hub not to ring, locate the automation that triggers it and disable that rule.
