Hi David-TP,

I have narrowed down the cause to be related to the "Private Wi-Fi Address" setting on my Apple devices. i.e. iPhone and iPad.

When the setting is disabled I am able to view my home Swann POE cameras using both the Swann Security App and other IPCamViewer app on my iPhone and iPad.

I have a 3 router setup. The main router is connected to each other router via the 5Gbps Ethernet port using Cat 6 cable.

I have a Swan NVR-8580RN system that is connected by Ethernet cable (via D-link PowerLine AV2 1000 Gigabit Passthrough Kit setup) to the 2.5Gbps port on one of the routers.

The camera models used are Swann NHD-900BE, NHD-885F and NHD-886.

This wasn't an issue with the previous firmware 1.2.0_250718.

The only concern I have is since disabling the "Private Wi-Fi Address" setting, a "Privacy Warning" message is now displayed on the Wi-Fi connection of both apple devices.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

sorry guys victory was short lived.

even though disabling private wi-fi address helped a little in that I could see feed from camera the connection is unstable and apps time out.

this evening I am also experiencing an issue trying to stream music to Sonos era 100 speakers from the Sonos app on my iPad Air 4th gen. Connection is not stable and now no playlists showing in app.

Can browse the web no issues.

will need to revert to firmware 1.2.0
