Hi there,

I'm hoping someone can help before I pull my hair out.

I recently changed my mobile phone and changed networks along with receiving a new phone number.

Since then, my Tapo cameras are all showing as offline and no matter what I try to do I cannot seem to get them back online. I have 2 internal cameras (TC70) and 1 external camera. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling without any result. I also deleted 1 of the internal cameras from the app and then reinstalling it but when I try to reinstall it it does not seem to pick-up my broadband.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Getting a new phone will not affect your Tapo smart devices because they connect directly to your router, not to the phone. However, if you also change your Wi‑Fi settings (such as the network name or password), you will need to reset the smart devices and set them up again on the new network. Alternatively, you can revert your Wi‑Fi name and password to the previous ones, then your smart devices should then reconnect automatically.
